PicPac was founded in 2025 by Jiang Chen to solve a specific problem: international logistics companies and their e-commerce sellers were paying too much for US last-mile delivery, with too little control. PicPac was built to fix that — a US-based operation that pairs a national delivery network with established multi-carrier coverage, so our clients get compliant, dependable, competitively priced access into the American market.

Our US footprint
PicPac operates a 9-facility network across 6 major US metro regions — Los Angeles, New York/New Jersey, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, and Atlanta — providing coast-to-coast coverage. Every shipment clears US customs through our licensed CBP customs broker partner and moves through our carrier network — USPS, UPS, and FedEx — for nationwide last-mile delivery.
